Acceptable Use Policy

MsgMaven is strictly for inbound customer support and enquiry management. This policy defines acceptable use.
Permitted use
- Reading and organising inbound Instagram and WhatsApp enquiries from your own connected accounts
- Replying to customers who have messaged you, within platform messaging windows
- Qualifying leads, adding notes and tags, and following up on active conversations
Prohibited use
- Cold outreach or messaging people who have not contacted you first
- Mass / bulk messaging, broadcasting or spam
- Scraping profiles, posts, comments, media or contact lists
- Sending messages outside permitted platform windows without approved templates
- Impersonation or deploying a general-purpose AI bot that hides it is automated
- Sharing, selling or misusing customer data
- Any use that violates Meta's Platform Terms, the Instagram Platform Policy, or the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Report abuse to support@msgmaven.com.
