These terms govern your use of MsgMaven.
1. The service
MsgMaven provides a unified inbox and enquiry-management tools for inbound Instagram Direct and WhatsApp Business messages. You connect your own accounts and remain responsible for the content of messages your team sends.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use MsgMaven only for legitimate inbound customer support and enquiry management, and to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, Meta's Platform Terms, the Instagram Platform Policy, and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Mass marketing, cold outreach, scraping, and unsolicited messaging are prohibited.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must have authority to connect the business accounts you connect.
4. Data
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. You own your business and customer data; we process it to provide the service.
5. Availability & changes
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MsgMaven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect your channels at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
